Have your nephew on the show
This is your best interview. This woman is amazing.
I totally drew the same Dog whisperer parallel too LOL
the revolution will not be televised the revolution starts at home!
I really agree with the heart of what she is saying. Ultimately, many children are more motivated to live a life inside their phones is you let them. Overcoming technology in the home is just as big a struggle as overcoming your own insecurities. Nothing replaces hard work and sometimes it is hard to convince children of that when technology can give the illusion that life is easier than it is. You really could have had a longer conversation with her Lewis.
What a pleasure to listen to this interview. Absolutely love the wisdom
Thank you
Very insightful and I do agree with her wholeheartedly about the projection that parents make on their children. I would point out, however, that respect for authority still needs to be instilled in our children so that teens are not raised to be disrespectful to teachers and other adults. We don’t want to raise children to be self centered and it is our responsibility to ensure our children understand the consequences of their choices.
Dr Shefali and Dr Ester Perel : the best interviews for mind blowing ideas.
This is everything ! Love it
I wanted to hear concrete outcomes of conscious parenting. Her premise of letting the child emerge and be, not having any standards or measurements left me as a parent without any measurement as to whether my child is thriving. Happiness is good but not enough. Children thrive when they have structure in their lives, it makes them feel secure. I agree we shouldn’t impose our expectations on them but the rest was a little too esoteric for me..
I’m filled with gratitude, thank you 🙏
waiting to be seen.. WOOWWW That´s what I unfold in my family.
She is talking everything what Sadhguru says..
Amazing cant put into words thank u
The thing is that you don’t know how conscious you have to be until you already have the children and the reality is in front of you.
But it’s never to late to raise yourself first like Dr.Shefali says.
Amazing work!
Very good information…oh, and you did not do plagiarism, Prince is "When Doves Cry" (not fly) 🙂 😉 God Bless.
Damn, we dont see dogs or lions having these conversations.
Oh, I really love your videos!
thank you so much for an amazing interview dr. shefali is so incredible and your questions were so insightful you brought out the best in her thank you so much I am a subscriber now!
I have noticed your humility and your wisdom thank you for persevering and spreading the knowledge and love!
amazing interview! get her back!
Mind blowing ! This episode She I think changed my life, it felt like 10 minutes. I want this talk to continue for hours. I must hear this again and again. Thank you so much. I must read her books.
Great!!! Thank you!
I think her conception and mental ilness is interesting. what does the kid develop or does cope? for sure. it is a huge difference
Ive actually never wanted kids, but hearing her talk makes me feel so hopeful. I always thought no i don’t want kids to mess up and to put so much pressure onto. and im so unprepared and broke and selfish i cant give that to a child. But hearing that I can work on myself to be aware and awoken, then choosing to have a child to help guide and liberate is so beautiful. Im definitely no where near there, not sure if ill ever have kids, but this sounds possible, hard but possible! and letting the world breathe sounds like an amazing solution, for a while at least. 7 billion ppl!!!!
This woman is AMAZING in every way! Thank you!
Love this! Not only is she spot on and insightful- she is stunning!
First years are vital!
She has to meet Meet https://www.JohnTaylorGatto.com
<3
Was she kidding when she said she was 22 five years ago and currently has a 14 year old daughter?
Namaste to you two beautiful human beings
Really powerful!! Everything I’m feeling. I could have listened for hours. I’ve just bought Dr Shefali’s books.
What she says is true for women about dumbing themselves down and hiding themselves so not to get hurt by men and also other women who are jealous who believe you more beautiful them themselves.
Profound…
The most amazing interview. Thank you. Some many people I want to share this with.
Thank you both for this interview. I thank life that you Dr. Shefali exists. I love you. 🙂
Mind blowing.
… How freaking awesome would it be, Lewis, if you’s have both Dr. Shefali AND Brene Brown over for a joint interview?
Love it ❤️❤️❤️
Ownership where you can grow from. Beautiful
She is a sheer spiritual believer. I’ve gone through tons of spiritual books, I can relate her each word and thought to that.
I wish other professionals in medical could connect this ideology with their patients
Amazing and transforming! She’s really in touch and in alignment with her values and it seems she walks the walk. Not to mention, she’s BEAUTIFUL and SMART, the ULTIMATE hotness!
Lewis, Thank you so much for inviting her, I played twice the podcast back to back, never happened before. I became an instant fan and would be looking forward to attending her seminar coming up in Long Beach. So grateful!
This is fantastic. She sounds like she is a follower of Sadguru. You should consider interviewing home. Keep sharing these beautiful souls to the world.
Wonderful interview. I really want to commend you on the questions you asked.
Dr. Shefali has so much to teach. If we can be open to it. A life changing and powerful woman.
‘if you created a being you should be curing cancer…. If you were that fenomenal… You’re not’. Lamao😂
Beautiful sharing!!! In the era of "Ain’t got time for this" Hope you have time to listen what she share and be the best being 🙂
i really understand and make sense as amuslim our religion says you are not creator of your child but god is ultimate creator and god can take away your child anytime which shows you that you dont own your child but is a gift that god gave you so we can enjoy and love one another so later on you can take care of your parent when they grow old like they were doing when you’r a child and i agree with everything she says and it agree with islamic religion says on how to live.she is really amazing and knows what she is talking about
Brilliant episode! Deep and condensed wisdom! Would love to see more of her
24:10 …. soak it up people
Gosh, Dr. Tsabary is so wise and seems to understand the dynamics of human relationships so deeply, I’m completely blown away. I don’t have any children yet myself and haven’t even found yet the man who I would like to have children with but I’m saving this video for later to watch it when I most need it. I already have friends around me who have kids and they complain all the time about the pressure they feel on their shoulders to be good parents and the power of Dr. Tsabary’s work is that she’s actually able to help parents become better parents while even taking this pressure away and liberating them! That’s so powerful and sounds almost like an incredible win-win for everybody! She’s also amazingly well-spoken and using really sophisticated adjectives and adverbs, especially given that English is not her first language which being a non-native English speaker myself I think I’m able to acknowledge thanks to my own experience and overcome hardships of learning foreign languages.
An idea just crossed my mind and I wanted to transcript everything that she said in this video and print it out in a little booklet since being a very visual person I often need to see things written down for them to fully penetrate my mind. But then I realized that I can just buy a copy of her book! 🙂 As I’m sure it encompasses all her wisdom already..
@Lewis, I just had a feeling that you often unnecessarily interrupted her and tried to finish off many of her sentences.. But I can’t blame you, I had a bit of a feeling that you were nervous throughout this interview (unlike being super relaxed with many other guests) as this woman does come across a bit intimidating with the combination of her physical beauty and wiseness.
I’m impressed by what you said about your nephew.. Maybe you could do a little interview with him as well.. Sounds like he could inspire other boys to believe that greatness can come from being empathetic and loving and not only tough and invincible and he could also be an indication for other parents that they can trust these young humans and believe in their capacity to be responsible. Think about it. 😉
I Love Dr. Shefali & all that she stands for!! Question… has anyone seen her live? What are your thoughts about the experience? Infinite blessings of Gratitude 💜
The thing is that you don’t know how conscious you have to be until you already have the children and the reality is in front of you.
But it’s never to late to raise yourself first like Dr.Shefali says.
Amazing work!
