Where was Super Nanny when I needed her? So reminds me of trying to get my 7 year old to do time-out on the bottom step. Would not stay. I had to keep chasing her and bringing her back. That was 24 years ago. Now I am turning to Super Nanny for tips on handling the grand. Thanks Super Nanny

This is some of the worst parenting I have ever seen. Poor kid.
how does she get the kids to do what she says? does she put them in a torture chamber? water board them?
I remember my first kindergarten where they used to use the naughty chair. We have had some gimnastics and for some reason I misbehaved. I didn’t wanted to sit down on the naughty chair because I felt judged by other kids so I stand up and went through the room very slow and noone noticed 😂

Parenting is not an easy job!
If my kid was hitting my bottom like that or just plain hitting me, I wouldn’t just ignore it. I’d give the child a spanking.
She should of hugged her, she’s just a child just give her a little hug she needs attention

Everything was useful, cept I don’t think people should wake kids early for school. School starts too early for kids and they need more sleep than adults. One reason I’m considering home schooling…
That little girl at the end is exactly how my boy is reacting with me at bed time or whenever he doesn’t get his way. I do feel so bad when that I’m so soft with him but I’m going to try these techniques and see what happens tomorrow. I wish I could have access to the super nanny too for a week to help readjust the things I’m doing wrong.

I have used the naughty chair before. Works like a charm.
Summary:
1) How to resist attention seeking.
Bad behavior: Ignore. Good behavior: Give attention
2) How to get your children out of bed.
Chose the clothes the night before. Put a soft light on and gently stir the children. Let the child get out of bed by her/himself.
3) Dealing with public play areas.
Say how much time is left. Reassure the children that they are going to come back.
4) Implementing the shared play technique.
Don´t let the dominant child take the lead role. Stay calm.
5) How to use the naughty chair correctly
